Booked my car in to get a few things fixed so it would pass a warrant. There was about a 2 week wait list which I was fine with. Two weeks later I dropped my car in at 8am and got a call at 3:30pm to say no parts had been ordered for my car so I would have to rebook and bring my car in the following Monday. My car had been there for almost 8 hours before they bothered to call and say they had no parts to fix it. Took my car in on the Monday as agreed and the guy said there was no booking for my car. After explaining my situation they finally took my car and told me it would be ready by 3:30pm. Showed up at 4pm to pick my car up but had to wait an additional 45 minutes until it was ready. Poor service, poor communication, would not recommend.
Recently had a mechanical issue whilst heading to the airport for an early morning flight . I’m now sitting in Christchurch airport waiting to fly home . My Ute is sitting in the airport carpark having been repaired at short notice while I’ve been away for work. Fantastic effort by the service team and very much appreciated.

would give the - 5 Stars if possible Do not buy a Ford and do not use this dealer. A friend of mine has a Ford motorhome, and the Oil warning lamp went on, manual says, you can only drive 180Km or motor will not run any longer, they said we can change your oil in 4 weeks we are booked Really Customer service not existing - very sad
