Mr. Tony, who handled the itinerary for Ping An Travel, was very welcoming and patient, actively answering any questions. Meals were generally all-inclusive during the six-day trip, offering both Chinese and Western cuisine, and the food was delicious. Overall, the itinerary was neither rushed nor slow. Mr. Lee, the driver and guide, was humorous, responsible, and conscientious. Safe Journeys Travel has some degrees cooperation with Sky Tour. My family booked a 6-day trip to South Island on Safe Journeys Travel, but it is Sky tour that pick us up on the arrival. Mr. Tony was really warm-hearted, responsible and patient, he helped me a lot when I booking my travel in Safe Journeys Travel office. During the 6-day tour, the meals are almost all included, with both Chinese and Western cuisine, which taste good. The whole tour was in a steady pace, and Mr. Lee, the driver&tour guide, who was really kind and humorous during the travel. We had a wonderful time there, cheers.”

“Great experience with them on the Southern Wonders tour which ended a few days ago. - Relaxed schedule yet you get to visit all the important places - Ample free time for you to go on optional activities of your choosing - Appropriate number of coffee and toilet breaks daily so everyone felt comfy all the time - Isobel the Travel Director was very organized yet entertaining; gave us very good advice and tips as a New Zealander - Mark the coach driver did a great job in getting us to places safely while keeping the coach clean - Expect most of your tourmates to be older people from Australia, UK or US - Also quite a handful of solo travelers like myself, so I was pleasantly surprised”

“We were in Auckland before a cruise and used Milestone for two half day tours. Ewald picked us up from the airport and gave us a half day tour of the city providing excellent insight into the city and its people. He then dropped us at our Airbnb near the harbor providing a stress free first day of vacation. The next day John gave us a tour of the beaches and mountains on the West coast of NZ. It was fantastic. We saw gorgeous beaches and waterfalls. The tours were provided using a roomy Mercedes van that the 6 of us had plenty of space. Highly recommended using Milestone for your tour needs in Aukland!!”
