   Very very poor. Was ghosted by the Manager once after the initial meeting to talk about our flights. Chased up with a phone call, she didn't answer but an off-sider did. Took down our message and was told she would call us back with our travel plans. That didn't happen. It wasn't a cheap trip to organise either as it was to the UK with multiple stops and hotels to book. Would not recommend at all unless you are white and seem rich.

   My husband and I booked a two country trip through You Travel Mairangi Bay and couldn’t have been more thrilled with the efforts of Sally Smith (and Steph). Everything went to plan, with all airline bookings, hotels, transfers and tours exactly as planned. We would heartily recommend them.

   TLDR: SANDRA IS AMAZING TO DEAL WITH! After getting recommended to see Sandra by my flatmate, I booked an appointment with her. We ended up going to paper moon across the road from where she works so she could get to learn a little about me and what my expectations were. After a small lunch we went back to the office where we decided that Thailand would be the place to go accompanied by GE Adventures and to do a tour! practically put a deposit on the spot and 4 months later in Jan for my birthday i was on my way. was amazing and Sandra helped me all the way through. looked after the paperwork and kept it as stress free as possible! (my first time over seas) Only writing this post because as of posting this i have another trip booked to go to Europe through Sandra again :)
