This was probably one of the worst tours I have ever been on. Whilst the drive there was very informative, our time at the Thermal village was very disappointing. We were taken to the show that is put on then to the cafe for lunch. It was after this that everything was appalling. We were told to wait in a room for nearly two hours as our guide was coming in 5 mins. Obviously this never happened and after numerous complaints and a poor attempt to carry out the tour himself. We were finally given a tour by the park professionals. It was too little too late as we then didn’t have time to see the large mud pools as we needed to return to the cruise ship. Yes most of our group were arrogant, rude and loud. But for those of us that weren’t it was very upsetting to have nothing for the money we forked out. We wish we had never gone in this tour. Worst experience of our lives! Would not recommend.
