I didnt think to much of my first experience with this travel agent.. tried to book a cruise but was told there are no cruises from nz to austrailia..found the staff belligerent, argumentative and uncooperative.. I went to another travel agent and guess what i have now booked a cruise from nz to austrailia..I have since told many people of my lousy dealings . Well done way to promote good customer relations..
