   The customer service was terrible! Their business acumen was also lacking! They checked the tickets and said they couldn't book any. We thought we could change the date and think it over, but it was too much trouble! The customer service representative asked if we saw any seats on the official website?! Then we found plenty of seats on the website, and they were even cheaper than the quoted price, so we said we'd book them ourselves. And then the customer service representative got angry with us!! They couldn't find tickets or book seats themselves, and they wouldn't let customers buy them themselves?! I've been a loyal customer for years, buying my whole family's plane tickets through them every year, and this time, seriously, what kind of attitude is this?! Terrible review, I will never use your services again.

   Ping An Travel has a partnership with ASE. My family booked a six-day trip to the South Island through Ping An Travel, and ASE ultimately handled the entire trip. Mr. Tony, who handled the itinerary for Ping An Travel, was very welcoming and patient, actively answering any questions. Meals were generally all-inclusive during the six-day trip, offering both Chinese and Western cuisine, and the food was delicious. Overall, the itinerary was neither rushed nor slow. Mr. Lee, the driver and guide, was humorous, responsible, and conscientious. Safe Journeys Travel has some degrees cooperation with Sky Tour. My family booked a 6-day trip to South Island on Safe Journeys Travel, but it is Sky tour that pick us up on the arrival. Mr. Tony was really warm-hearted, responsible and patient, he helped me a lot when I booking my travel in Safe Journeys Travel office. During the 6-day tour, the meals are almost all included, with both Chinese and Western cuisine, which taste good. The whole tour was in a steady pace, and Mr. Lee, the driver&tour guide, who was really kind and humorous during the travel. We had a wonderful time there, cheers.

The customer service staff of this company are very patient, professional and enthusiastic.The customer service staff can help to find cheap special tickets every time.    Qiqi has helped me booking my flights overseas for the last two years. I have received really great service. She was very patient with all my requirements and complicated travel plans. She responses very promptly and always tries to give an answer as soon as she is able to, even weekends. I would recommend her to anyone with overseas travel plans.
