    We have just arrived back from Vietnam. Initially purchased flights and insurance through Bill at this branch 6 weeks prior to travel. He wanted us to research accommodation we liked on websites for him to package up. We presented these a few days later. He came back with these hotel / resort options but along with an extra charge of $2,500. Almost doubling this cost, so we asked for a breakdown and then never heard from Bill again. We ended up having 2 resort courtesy shuttles and 3 luxury cars with immediate collections of all transfers costing us a surprising $135 NZD in total. We thought we should post this after the holiday incase there were any unforeseen circumstances we may have overlooked. Overall very disheartening, dishonest and poor communicative dealings with this premise. Bill really dropped the ball here and we still have no idea where the oversight came from. Sad

    My impression was the travel agent really wasn't interested in helping me. Minimal information given when l asked for options. I felt like l was a complete nuisance ! Took my $ 3000 + booking ( flights and accommodation ) to a more helpful agency. The other agent there Bill was excellent , but had no confidence or desire to deal with the one l was allocated.
