“On Sunday the 3rd of November I was visiting Auckland from Nelson and went into Mi Piaci for the first time which I was super excited about because I’ve been working at Merchant in Nelson since May. I was so excited because Mi Pi has such a diverse range of products and I felt so welcomed by Saleha when I wanted to try on Tulip and Axel. We had some great conversations about shoes and she was so incredibly helpful to me while also greeting other customers that came in to the store. I think Saleha was very well-dressed for the job which gave us another talking point, the store looked immaculate and if I’m ever in Newmarket again in the future I’d definitely go back and try on/buy some more shoes from this store! Such a fantastic customer experience, walked away purchasing a pair of boots with a huge smile on my face x”

She went above and beyond to help. Nothing like what has been described in previous reviews. I had no issues trying on a bunch of different styles (including folded shirts) to gauge what worked and what didn't.”

I mentioned I didn’t like how high the shoes felt so she removed one of the two insoles for me to try and I ended up making the same request for several pairs and she continued to be helpful and friendly, even when the shop got quite busy as well.
