Went into the store a few days ago and was met by the lovely Hannah (I believe that was her name). She helped me out while I was trying to purchase dress shirts for my partner! I had absolutely no clue what to get and she guided me through all the different styles. Would absolutely recommend Hannah to anyone shopping for their partners!
I came here scouting for different fits of shirts, and wasn't sure what to expect given the previous negative reviews. However the staff - I believe Rebecca was the name - were very helpful. She went above and beyond to help. Nothing like what has been described in previous reviews. I had no issues trying on a bunch of different styles (including folded shirts) to gauge what worked and what didn't.
I echo what another review says, very grumpy employees who complain when you try on clothes and ask you only to try what's hanging up. I have never been to a clothes store anywhere in the world where they have made such a crazy request, and in fact, if they saw the state of changing rooms in the US or Canada with discarded clothes they'd probably faint! I now just buy my clothes from 3 Wise Men online as at least then I don't have to deal with bizarre staff and I know they'll have what I want. Although if you do that you have to be aware that this store wrongly says you can't return online purchases here...

Rebecca- she was helpful with the sizing and correct choice of colours, very easy to talk to and friendly. Definitely would recommend going here if you want easy buying with great Quality fitting shirts and Suits. Thanks again Rebecca.
We were in store shopping for a wedding shirt on the afternoon of feb 7th. The shop attendant was so rude and unhelpful. As the only customers in the store she ignored us for some time before rushing over only to ask us not to handle the shirts because they get dirty and greasy. Then she proceeded to tell us repeatedly that they won't unfold a shirt and we could only try on the shirts hanging up. When we explain we needed a different size she repeated her speal about not wanting to refold the folded shirt and our greasy dirty hands. She then gave us a different shirt to try on that was not at all what we were looking for. I understand not wanting to unfold 100 shirts but there is a polite way of saying that. And expecting someone to buy a shirt when they are unable to try the colour and size they want is just plain dumb. This shop attendant needs a serious dose of customer service training. She had a real opportunity to provide a great experience and she could have guided us through the process without our greasy hands touching anything.
