   Me and the Mrs went into the store in the base to look at random shoes, tried on some, kicked a few tires but... got great service from both the sales girls, a lot of info and great comparisons between a few types of shoes, we purchased 1 pair of On clouds, but another shoe we liked was not available as it was the Weds before easter Fri we didn't bother the girls with trying to track down our size, I did go online later that day and ordered online, the shoes were delivered to me from Wellington Thursday just after lunch like just before Easter. Amazing service, Amazing customer service A+, highly recommend this store.

   The girls were very rude and ignoring a lot of customers while dancing and singing along to the very loud music. I understand that things can get abit down when foot traffic is low as I myself work in retail. However this was completely unacceptable and they should be doing their jobs not being paid to party in store while talking bad on people. I hope something gets done. (Visited store 15/03/2024 - Roughly around 3pm

   Went to buy some shoes for my daughter which we’re on special as per the tag on the shoe only to be told when I was at the counter to purchase that that sale tag must have been old and wouldn’t honour the price
