   I recently visited Cotton On and was disappointed by the customer service I witnessed. A staff member seemed to be having a bad day and was short-tempered with customers who asked about sizing. What struck me was her apparent discomfort and rudeness when interacting with customers who were larger than her. As a customer, it's unacceptable to witness such behavior, especially when it's directed at others. Regardless of one's size or shape, everyone deserves respect and kindness. I'm not a big person, but the way this staff member spoke to others made me uncomfortable, and I decided I wouldn't shop there again. I'd advise the store to focus on providing excellent customer service, regardless of a customer's appearance or size.

   Came in today and the lady with the bandana and tattoos was the loveliest! It says Sophie on my receipt so maybe that’s her name? Even though she was rushing around seemingly busier than the other staff members, she was very helpful and paused to answer any questions I had with no hesitation. Excellent service from her. On the other hand, I did not get acknowledged by the other staff members who were huddled together laughing and chatting, standing around looking helpless. Great service from Sophie but the other staff members need to be doing more.

   Very disappointed with the service I just received. My receipt says served by Paira but unsure if that was her or not. Young girl, completely rude and was obvious she doesn’t want to be doing that job. On top of the blatant rudeness during our check out she was mumbling whatever she did say so couldn’t understand. Terrible service. Either quit or don’t be on the till dealing with customers next time. Won’t be coming back to this store.

   lots of lovely staff here - always welcoming and easy to use changing rooms and checkout etc. Always have a much more pleasant experience shopping here than rude glassons workers! There’s one lady that works here that consistently greets me and is soo lovely, i wish i got her name but shes 25+, dark hair, dark eyes and seems to be some sort of manager here and is always so nice

   Not impressed by the girl that served me tonight. She may of just had a long day but regardless she scanned 2 of my items multiple times, which ended up over charging me nearly $130. Luckily my partner caught it and took it back to rectify the mistake. Again most likely an accident but $130 is a pretty big slip up. A bit of my fault too for not double checking before paying but I did just trust that everything was scanned correcrly. Don’t be like me and just pay, if the price doesn’t sound right it probably isn’t.

   Had a great experience being served by Maddi (as it says on the receipt) at the till. She was very welcoming and cheerful in her tone. Great customer service!!
