Worst experience...I bought 10 items...4 jacket, Pullovers and 6 Jeans as I've planned to gift these items to different individuals in my office but was given only 3 sportscraft bag and rest 7 brown paper bags. Even after asking for some more bags, the counter girl straightaway denied that we can't give more bags Does it look good if you're gifting these branded items to someone in plain brown paper bags ???? And moreover 2 items without tags...never gonna come back.

Walked into Sportscraft a couple days ago, hoping to only find a knit. Walked out with 3 things because Lisa KNEW exactly what she was talking about. Her styling techniques are incredible! Been in the store a couple times before, but after that day I WILL BE BACK!!

Absolutely incompetent when it comes to customer service and experience for ONLINE purchase. They emailed me an online order Confirmation with a bar code NZ Couriers track and trace. That was back on 26Dec2019 and today is the 06Jan2020. Branch manager Vanessa? In St Lukes branch simply wasnt interested in my enquiry, maybe due to the fact the sale was made online instead of her stores sales target. I called her on 03Jan20, she replied over the phone : "call me back in 5 mins and I will listen to your story". So I called her back 40 mins later, she then said" pls call customer service 0800, anything to do with online orders, I can't help you, NZ courier only came back to work on 03Jan..". Which is entirely false as they only had stats day off. Vanessa simply was trying to get me off the phone and hope I won't bother her again. I rang the St Lukes store again today and spoke to Neeta? Who was much much friendlier and took ownership to look up my order in the computer for me. Now why does a staff have more willingness to help customer than the branch manager Vanessa? Why did the branch manager Vanessa choose NOT to help me on 03Jan? I have shopped with all major retailers online in Australasia, never has any company lost my order. Till now, the 0800 staff Nicole still not called me back (she is in Australia office), and I don't know where my order is. I THEN REQUESTED REFUND with staff Nicole in Australia office, only to be told they can only refund with intems returned-which they have lost and I am yet to recieve? I do not recommend any transaction with Sportscraft at all, particularly St Lukes store. Stay well away if you don't want to deal with the branch that is only interested in selling you something but don't want to knwo anything else from you as customers. Simply disgusting customer service and no accountabilities whatsoever.
