Five spice beef is one of my definite favorites and highly recommend, it’s along a very convenient location in Queen Street and nearby a lot of shops, restaurants, and accommodations too. Service is impeccable! Would eat here again when I come back to Auckland.”

“For a late lunch I tried the roast pork (not the usual bbq pork) wonton noodle soup. With 5 pork wontons and the roast pork it was a very filling lunch. The service was quick and friendly from the next generation of this family business. The matriarch still oversees the business with a friendly smile as you leave with a full stomach. It re-established itself in Epsom after the Mercury theatre food court closed for the new railway station. With easy access and parking close by, certainly be visiting more often now.”

“They have so many options for vegetarian dishes and sweets. their Pav bhaji is the all-time favorite in our house. Reasonable prices. They take large catering orders for weddings or birthday parties.”

“Thank you to the lovely couple who own King of Kings. They have become a precious part of our BHB community. Delicious food, very generous portions, A+ cleanliness and always a warm smile and friendly greeting. The home made wontons are the best in Auckland (in our opinion- we've tried plenty!) and homemade spring rolls are also excellent. Our favourite is the wholesome wonton soup. Nothing more comforting on a cold night- packed with wontons and veges. Divine food- made with love. Thank you! (Plenty of Vegetarian options available)”

“Silver Bell has been our go to for years for chinese takeaway. Food is always fresh and the lady is always good to us. Only issue was finding an updated menu online. Took a few pics of the menu when I picked my order up.”

“Really good fish and chips! Had a piece of battered snapper (fab) and a scoop of chips. The chips were good and crispy which is hard to find! My partner had the fish burger and said that was tasty too. We had 2 scoops between us and it was a very generous serving.”

“Love this place! We are huge fans and regularly eat here! Steamed pork & prawn dumplings, fried rice with egg and crispy sweet & sour pork are on regular repeat for us. Either you dine in or takeaway the food is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!!”

“This is my new go to fish and chip shop. Fish of the day and hoki both at $3, an affordable add on to any combo (also reasonably priced). The fish batter was light and fresh, not too oily. The chips were nice and crispy. You can add your choice of salt. The burger was also delicious. I opted for the trevally raw fish and it was 10/10. Tons of parking, and ample space to dine in. Would highly recommend this spot.”

“The food here is always very very good, typically I would order a large roast pork meal and everything tastes very good. Good temperature and fresh ingredients. Just be mindful though, it says they are open until 9pm but this is probably not accurate. Last time I went there at 8.15pm and they were already getting ready to close up the shop, they were no longer serving food anymore and I was unable to order anything. That would be my only complaint though, aside from this the food was always very good quality!”

“Consistently good customer service and food here. It's my first choice for pizza here in Auckland. Pizzas that I have had from here have always been cooked properly no oily base or sogginess lack of cheese or toppings. You'll have to try to see what I mean. They have a good range of pizzas to choose from and usually with every order I get the cheesy garlic bread which hits the spot every time, and chippies are delicious too.”

“We ordered 佛跳墙 Buddha jumps over the wall hotpot and it was tasty. We booked our reservation for a dinner on a Sunday night and it was a right decision because it was quite busy - Monday was King’s birthday (public holiday). The parking spaces can be quite hard to find in that area during dinner time.”

“A 5 star food court meal, char keow teow was cooked perfectly with the wok hei flavour that many places don't appear to achieve these days. Worth stopping by if you're in the area. As for atmosphere, it is a food court, standard level you'd expect within Auckland.”
