   Polite service from a very friendly couple. I highly recommend the Battered Snapper, which is easily among the best I have ever tasted. I enjoy their food so much that I drive halfway across the North Shore for their delicious fish'n'chips. I definitely recommend them.

   Really good fish and chips! Had a piece of battered snapper (fab) and a scoop of chips. The chips were good and crispy which is hard to find! My partner had the fish burger and said that was tasty too. We had 2 scoops between us and it was a very generous serving.

   Don't know what the good review hype is about... Ordered a fish burger for lunch, fish was terrible, freezer burnt then deep fried. Chips were soggy. Wouldn't recommend or go back

   Genuinely the most unsatisfactory meal my household has ever had from a burger/fish & chips place. Chicken was undercooked and chewy, burger was mainly lettuce and bun. Onion rings were mushy and all thick shakes were basically powdered water. Fish burger had hard skin still on it and wasn’t chewable (had to pull it out of mouth with each bite) The most overpriced meal I’ve ever paid and the total cost I was told on the phone was different to when I picked up the food up. Am never coming back again and hope others consider this too.

   Posting for a few reasons. The fish n chips here are some of the best ive had in the city so far and i go out of my way for it. Cripsy crunch and always fresh. And portions are always generous. I like my chips well done too and its also somewhere that understands that when most ignore the request and just give soggy chips. The customer service is above and beyond. We are always greeted warmly with smiles and friendliness. This alone is a reason to revisit, i dont understand why other shops don’t understand the value of quality customer service. And lastly, there arent any photos of the fish n chips in the pictures above so...here are a few.

   I am quite disappointed. We ordered three burgers takeaway. Two of them were burnt on the top bun, and since we ordered takeaway, it wasn't worth driving back. I will probably try the food again, as the other items we ordered were nice. See photo of the burnt burgers, I cannot believe that they would actually serve that to a customer!
