“Philippa is amazing! If you suffer with headaches or migraines she is the person for you. I have been seeing her on and off for years now, she always knows exactly what she’s looking for, explains what she’s doing and always has good banter. Nicola at reception is also great, she’s always very helpful at getting you in on the wait list of they are fully booked and she has even rocked my baby in the pram for me a few times while I’ve been getting treated. Thanks team ☺️”

“I honestly can’t recommend Chirag Sojitra at Mission Health enough. I went in with a stubborn muscular spasm that had been bothering me for weeks — tight, painful, and just not letting up. I wasn’t sure what to expect from acupuncture, but after hearing good things about Dr.Chirag Sojitra, I decided to give it a go. And I’m so glad I did. From the very first session, Chirag Sojitra made me feel completely at ease. He really listened, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything in a way that made sense. The treatment itself was so calming — and surprisingly effective. I started noticing relief sooner than I expected, not just physically but mentally too. It’s like my body finally got permission to release all the tension it was holding on to. What I appreciated most is that Chirag Sojitra doesn’t rush the process. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows in how thorough and intuitive he is. You’re not just a number — he treats you like a whole person. Now I’m moving freely again and honestly feel like myself. If you’re considering acupuncture, especially for muscular issues, go see Chirag Sojitra. He’s the real deal.”

“Josh and the Team at Focus Physio are fantastic. I have had to get treatment for various injuries and Josh has always been able to get to the bottom of the problem and set it right. It is such a relief when you are in pain to know that you can go to someone who can really help you and who knows what they are doing. I have sent my husband - with a dislocated shoulder, and my mother for treatment and they have both been very pleased with the results. I constantly recommend them as I feel they are the best in town. Very professional, caring & knowledgeable and will fit you in if urgent. 5/5”

“Ever since joining redefined I have had nothing but awesome experiences, and Sam just adds to this. After receiving an injury in football I went to see Sam who has been amazing! She has gone out of her way with scans/trying to find a diagnosis so she can provide the best treatment for the injury. The programmes and exercises she gives are extensive and are appropriate to the level you are at, with options to progress or regress the exercises. Not only is she an amazing physio with heaps of experience, she has a warm personality and looks at more than just the physical injury. I have recommended Sam to a lot of people and will continue to do so :)”

“A big thanks to Linus from Fixme. He did a great job with my painful swollen ankle. After seeing a doctor and being told I have gout without any diagnoses, I wanted a second opinion. Linus confirmed it wasn't gout from scans, but tight tendons and muscles fixed or made better with targeted exercises and insoles. I highly recommend fixme, friendly service, affordable and highly skilled practitioners. Thank you Linus and Fixme.”

“I should’ve went here sooner!!! I have lower back pain and my physiotherapist, Ram, is doing a great job in giving me exercises and a massage. He listens carefully and tries to work around my work situation so I could do better with my duties/tasks. He even wrote me a letter for me to show my manager so I could actually have progress in my recovery. He was quick in writing it too which I highly appreciated. It’s worth it and I don’t mind driving from Pukekohe at all! The fee for the 30 minutes session is very reasonable, it does not break my bank at all. So if you are looking for reliable physiotherapists that cares about your recovery, I recommend this place! :)”

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Srishti Dawra weekly since early July till yesterday. After I’ve done surgery, I was struggling with my body strength for the whole time. Not just at work also when I carried some light stuff or carry a bag, all of small things make me so tired at that moment until I hurt my leg and hip at the work. And I started to come here to see Dr. Srishti. She is so patient and knows what was happening to my body.I do the exercises she gives to me every time when I see her. Whenever I go back to see her and give her feedback of what my body feels after exercising. She always adjusts the workout again and even suggested the Acupuncture for me to relax and strengthen my body at the same time. It helped me a lot. I also need to thank Dr. Pam. They both are so professional and patient whenever I see them. Especially with the lovely smile it encourages me to not give up on myself. After 4 months of therapy, my body finally feels good again and with more strength, also never been like this flexible!!! I’m so happy and appreciative of I can get back to juggling again with no pain. And even, I couldn’t jump well for a longgggg time. Now I can feel my legs can jump higher. Thank you Dr. Srishti. No doubt, you are my life saver. Sincerely appreciate it.”
