   All the staff here are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. The physios are incredibly knowledgeable and understanding, and the personal trainers are just as supportive and professional. The facilities are fantastic, especially the 33m saltwater pool, which is such a bonus. They also offer a great variety of classes—plus the dance class is so much fun! Highly recommend!

   Great gym for people who want to exercise, no sign of the slow motion fully made up lulu clad punters failing to break a sweat on cardio machines, unlike the Les Mills style. Good variety of classes and instructors. Only downside is frequent breakdown of spa... Not really their fault, needs replacing by building owner!

   Friendly and helpful staff, convenient towel service, and has a great sauna, steam room, and spa to relax in after a good work out or just a long day at work. Never seems to be too crowded so it's easy to get your work out in and use all the facilities. The patrons here are also generally quite friendly and respectful, which contribute to an overall safe and comfortable environment.
