I visited Choice Clinic for my back pain, and the improvement has been great. The staff are kind, professional, and attentive. I really appreciate how carefully they explained everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment.
The physio therapist John Lim in this clinic is : 1. Unprofessional: - without pre-assessment how much my body function progress, without evaluation of how I go with exercise from last visit, without any re-exercise muscle stretch, while my back still stiff, he go straight ahead to demonstrate next take home practice exercise and telling me to follow, refused to listen my feedback, comment my feedback as "argue", said "don't argue with me", you need to do this and that! ; - does not provide service like other PT, i.e. pre-exercise muscle relaxation massage, do not provide dry needles; - he demonstrated one exercise that needs elastic band without providing elastic band "I am not going to give it for free", however they are not available to be purchased in the clinic and there is no information where this can be purchased. Luckily I got an elastic band provided by physio therapist from other clinic's; - I informed him that I got strong side effect light headed after taken medication, he takes no consideration and keep the bed very low, every time I copy his exercise I have to lie down and get up which leads to postural blood pressure drop and very light headed and dizzy. After a few times, I asked him whether the bed is height adjustable, he said "yes" and do nothing. - He applied the wheat bag and electric twisting pad on me for 10 mins, at the mean time he just typing on his computer, showed no interest to his client. - no educated professional therapeutic communication: no listening, no respect, no politeness even under daily life communication level. 2. arrogant and lack of compassion: - when I need to pause and adapt to the dizziness, he laughed at me "Oh, you are so weak!"; when I tried to explain, he said "don't argue with me!", "you are the most difficult client I ever have!"; - when I have difficulty to recall how many seconds to hold or how many times to repeat the exercise, he laughed at me again as above comment; - in one exercise, when I demonstrated that I can hold longer than he required, there is no assurance, he said that again "don't argue with me" "you are the most difficult client I ever have!"; - in another exercise, when I show difficulty of doing it, he laughed me again "you are so weak!" "you are the most difficult client I ever have!". -Before I left the clinic, he reminded me again "don't argue with me! You are the most difficult client I ever have!" In summary, the physiotherapy of Choice Clinic is unprofessional, only use 10-15 mins to teach you take home practice exercise; lack of interest to patient, lack of sympathy lack of patient lack of compassion to client who is in need of assurance, support and encouragement. The demeaning talk can expel injured patients from seeking assist from PT and stop rehab, but please do not give up and try other clinics!
I came because I hurt my wrist and my hand hurt. Doctors respond kindly and tell me in detail the rehabilitation exercise that suits me. Thanks to this, my wrist is much better now. The facilities were neat, so it was nice to be able to stay comfortableβΊοΈ
Fantastic clinic, I had some physio and acupuncture done at choice clinic and the care and support was incredible. The acupuncture I had there was the best Iβve had . Highly recommended to anyone and my first choice in rehabilitation. A special thanks to John my physio and James the acupuncturist.

Been getting my therapy here since last month and I can say that my ankle improved very much. On my first day, I was even on crutches but now, I can walk without any support at all. Thanks to their advise and treatment given to me. Staffs are nice and accommodating too.

Good place. Good physiotherapist. The place is very clean and tidy. Everyone is very professional and attend to you quickly. No need to wait in cue and waste your time because all visits are by appointment.
