    Before I saw Catherine, I felt miserable about the state of my legs. They were so painful and I was limping. I feared that this was age related and I would have to put up with it forever. From the moment I walked into her office and read the posters, I realised that, with Catherine’s help I could recover. Catherine was so knowledgeable, clear and direct. She diagnosed my issue, and made recovery seem very manageable. Over the course of a few visits, with the help of the exercises she gave me, and her encouragement, I could feel my body getting stronger. The pain receded, I was amazed and delighted. I know I need to stick with the exercises, probably for the rest of my life, but that feels so doable. I’m very grateful to Catherine.

    Catherine is a fantastic physio. I've been to her over a number of years for various injuries. She is outstanding at diagnosing the underlying issue.     Catherine’s Monday night Pilates’ class is a lot of fun and suitable for anyone at any level. I’m a complete novice to Pilates and, in less than two months, my core strength has improved so much that I can even tackle the killer β€˜dish’ hold during class. Catherine is also a great physio and managed to resolve a running-related knee injury I had with some targeted strength exercises so that I was back running long distances the same week and my knee felt great! Thanks Catherine!!
