   About a month ago, I was looking around Saddlery's with a family member...We had just come from the rudest one elsewhere who ignored us completely on arrival and departure of their store, this was right before arriving at Canterbury Saddlery. Walking into Canterbury Saddlery, we were greeted politely, allowed to look around without being treated like a thief and upon leaving even though the staff member was on the phone she managed to give us an animated fairwell. It really stood out, Thank you for letting us feel seen

   I was served promptly on arrival however once given the product to look at the staff member moved onto another customer who walked in after me. I then waited 15 minutes while the lady spoke (no purchase)with the other customer. I just wanted to purchase the boots and leave. In hindsight I should have just walked out!

   Wonderful service; truly know their stuff and keen to help you get the right thing in a specialist industry where supportive but knowledge-light parent could (and do) so easily get fleeced.
