   Gorgeous rug. Cannot fault the quality and design. However I have had waterproof issues from day one and after purchasing their recommended waterproofer have still had no joy. The rug is only used between seasons (15oz) so only gets used for 4 weeks twice a year max. I followed all the initial recommendations from time of purchase. I noticed it wasn't very waterproof but decided at the end of the first Spring to rewaterproof it after giving it a washed by hose no detergents etc.. This made no difference. I contacted them and got no response. The following autumn I had the same issue. At this time the rug had been used for no more than 6 weeks. After contacting them again I was told I was using the wrong product so I bought their recommended waterproofer and re did it for the second time. Next Spring, still not waterproof. When I contacted them this time I was told that the rug was not suitable for a day of rain (Auckland spring day had 20mm of rain). I was offered a discount to buy another rug. Very disappointed in the initial lack of response and expected better service on what is now a $575 cover that I cannot use if there are any showers forecasted. I was so impressed with the rugs quality but it has turned out to be extremely disappointing. I have never done a google review before but feel very let down by this company.
