We can’t thank Tish and her team enough for the incredible care and service they provided while transporting our fur baby, Daisy, to Australia. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond our expectations—nothing was too much trouble. Tish was genuinely caring and treated Daisy as if she were her own. The team kept us constantly updated with phone calls and emails, which really helped ease our nerves during such a big move. Their communication was exceptional, and we always felt Daisy was in safe, loving hands. Tish went above and beyond to support us and Daisy through the process. She quickly sent us an enormous crate so Daisy could get used to it well in advance, which made a huge difference. When Air NZ couldn’t accommodate Daisy on our flight and had to rebook her on a later one, Tish and her team personally looked after her in the meantime. She even sent us photos of Daisy right up until we boarded our flight...Communication about the change was prompt and thoughtful—Tish even called us directly, adding a personal touch that truly took the service to the next level. This kind of service is rare. We wholeheartedly recommend Tish and her team to anyone needing pet transport—they’re simply the best. “We stayed there for around 4-5 months, and it was our best experience. Philippa is amazing and lovely. She was very helpful and quick when we needed something. We felt as if we were at home. We never had any problems there. Everything in the house worked properly, and it has everything you need to have an incredible time. Without a doubt, it is the best place to stay in Christchurch. “We had 3 nights in this air bnb and found it suited our needs admirably. The property was pristine clean and had everything in it for a very comfortable stay. It was beautifully set up reflecting a beach theme. The bed was comfortable as was the lounge seating. We were very warm. The enclosed backyard made this a wonderful place to come with our little dog as he could play outside safely if he wished. I would recommend this place for quality and location. Judith”

“All food and drink were tasty; toastie, Swiss roll and latte. Staff member was incredibly friendly and attentive. Prices were okay too, not overly expensive. The daily deals (some in review pictures) would make prices reasonable. Very cute space with lots of fun knick knacks and decor, and even had some pet items for sale. Overall a lovely place and I will definitely be back! Can tell the owners and staff love their cafe and take a lot of pride and joy in what they do :)”
