We have had our dogs insured with Pet-n-Sur for a number of years now and can recommend them for anyone considering pet insurance. The claim process is easy to manage and the documentation and communication is timely and informative. I recently appreciated some recommendations they sent me in regards to my claim, to ensure that we didn't submit our claim too early and end up needing follow up treatment which may not have been covered.
STAY AWAY! I went onto their website to ONLY get a quote for my puppy, as I did with multiple other pet insurance companies in the last week. This included filling in basic info such as name, breed, and date of birth. Today I received a phone call and an email stating that my puppy is now covered under them. I did not at all enter ANY agreement with them that I wanted to be insured by them. I also advised them over the phone that I did not want to be insured by them. This seems totally scammy and very much on the illegal side of business. If you are after pet insurance, go to Pet Cover - their rates are far better and they cover more.
I am using insurance for the second time and I can say that the service is at the highest level. my cat feels very well already. with Pet-n-Sur we are safe.

We had been with Pet-n-Sur for many years and had nothing but fantastic service from them. The customer service has always been fantastic and any claims were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We would certainly look to use them again if we get another dog.
We received 40 days free cover as part of adopting our puppy which was great. During this period they have called me 10+ times to discuss the cover, often calling twice in a row if I miss the call at teatime. Because of this, we have decided to go with another insurance company. I have informed them via email but the calls still come. Very off putting.
