“I was searching for a new bar cabinet. In early October I stumbled across the Lounge and Living site searching for Coastwood Furniture Collection. L&L are agents for Coastwood. I dealt with Gotham and explained to him what I was after. Within hours he had a design for me which suited my needs perfectly. We chose the finish and waited for approximately 6 weeks for the bespoke item to be shipped. In mid November I received delivery of the cabinet and …. WOW.... it is everything and more I could have ever expected. The finish was perfect, the colour was perfect and the gap left for my display fridge was 100% correct and the fridge fitted perfectly. My dealing with Gotham has been an absolute pleasure and if I ever need another bespoke or off the shelf piece of furniture, I know where I will go first! “This was the best meal I've had at a restaurant in ages. Attentive and friendly service, pleasant surroundings. The food was fantastic, great value for the money. We enjoyed the gnocchi with oyster and lions mane mushrooms, as well as the perfectly cooked tarakihi fillet with asparagus, shredded fennel, wilted greens and salsa verde. A good wine list and beautiful Little City kombucha completed our meal. We will be back next time we're in this part of the country.”

“What a cool little bar. Locate the sign on the street and walk up the stairs. The entrance has no real sign, there is just a closed door and when opened reveals a funky bar. Cool atmosphere, would be great in winter on a cosy winter night but we enjoyed it on a hot summers night. Just stopped for one drink but wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Was here on Saturday night, bar staff had a rough night... watched as a group of incredibly intoxicated americans harassed bar staff and then refused to leave the establishment - despite them being unhappy with the service they insisted on remaining in the smokers area purely to complain to anyone would listen (when I said I wasn't interested in the drama - one girl started crying and her friends dragged her off). The group then moved to the bar next door - where they were promptly removed from there also for public intoxication.”

U will have an awesome time. $12 most standard drinks - all goods. Awesome 2go if u new. Good people. Great atmosphere. Yep I'm drunk, but had a awesome time. 1st time (that's what she said.. but it probably wasn't.. lol). Yes it can get difficult after 12am, but PREPARE b4 hand n u will have a good time. Miss Ribena and Seccy ain't Jesus. 19 years wasn't it? That's a long time. It's a really good place to hang out after dark . Shame it ain't open 6 days a week, instead of just Fri & Sat nites. Dress is casual. Long ish pants, polo shirt etc. Awesome music. Have a few drinks b4 hand. Get relaxed and have a good time.”
