Such a fun vibe! Had a blast with friends. Staff cut me off pretty quick but I really appreciate the fact they are actually keeping an eye on their customers. Happy Halloween!

I like the vibes and music, its a nice gay club, they also played kim petras and slayyyter and charlie xcx ect, playing all the great queer songs. Would be cool to also hear rihanna, kesha ect. The drag queens are also fantastic!

Been to this place many times, and always enjoy the place. Didn’t know why people said they got discrimination or denied entrance when I’m literally someone who would get discriminated easily (and did happened to me a couple times since Ive moved to NZ), but haven’t had any issues at all. Always brought my passport with me here, and the bouncers were always nice to me. The club opened till late. Going there alone wouldn’t be much enjoyable, unless you’re white (I guess), but I did still enjoy my time here. Drag queens here also worked their asses off, good for them.

Was here on Saturday night, bar staff had a rough night... watched as a group of incredibly intoxicated americans harassed bar staff and then refused to leave the establishment - despite them being unhappy with the service they insisted on remaining in the smokers area purely to complain to anyone would listen (when I said I wasn't interested in the drama - one girl started crying and her friends dragged her off). The group then moved to the bar next door - where they were promptly removed from there also for public intoxication.

I recently visited this gay bar and was shocked by the discriminatory behavior I encountered. Upon arriving, I was informed by a female staff member that individuals with foreign passports were not allowed entry. This blatant display of racism and xenophobia is unacceptable and goes against the principles of inclusion and diversity that should be embraced by any establishment. No one should be denied access based on their nationality or ethnicity. It is disheartening to see such attitudes persist in this day and age. I urge the management to reevaluate their entry policies and ensure that their establishment remains a welcoming space for all, regardless of their background.

The security guard asked for ID to a 40 year old foreigner and wouldn’t accept the digital copy. Then said he would let him in if he bought him 2 drinks and gave him $50 cash. Absolutely atrocious!!

Best gay club in Auckland, super friendly staff and amazing shows. The owner literally walked me across the street to my uber one time after my friends left me. Wouldn’t have gotten home safe without him! Such lovely staff that really care.

The manager/ owner is rude as heck. Wants to be oppressed so bad, he called me homophobic when I told him not to touch my friend because he was getting physical with her, which for one is wrong because she’s a female and much smaller than him, and two for NOTHING. She literally was just sitting there it was so strange. I’m bi and my gay best friend was with us but you do you babe. Also used physical force against me, he is much bigger than I am and I wasn’t being threatening or violent, he clearly has anger issues and I wouldn’t go here especially if you are a POC because he is disgustingly racist and will treat you badly.

Best nightclub on K road! The staff are so friendly and the happiness, safety and inclusivity of all customers is always at the top of their priority list. Great drinks especially the Bust Op cocktail and UV vodka with lemonade. Some of the biggest highlights of this year have been dancing here to the awesome music with great friends. At G.A.Y the highlight of the night would have to be the 1:30am drag shows hosted by Vanessa Laroux, so much talent.
