“A true institution of Hamilton nightlife. Keeping it real and keeping the tunes true.”

“Keep u on. Bar lady was fabulous. Keep her on...she was on point.”
“Fantastic recalled our younger age”
“Lazy afternoon beer on the deck”
“An exceptional night club, we always receive amazing service from the Bar Staff and Security! We always have such an amazing time here. Listening and dancing to whatever DJ they have on! Highly recommend on your next night out!”
“Arabella was great to me and my friends when we went to Sapphire Night Club , we really enjoyed our time there and will most definitely come back after as she was very attentive to our needs”
“The Best Bollywood Club Around, Great Atmosphere Amazing People !, The Place To Be on A Saturday Night !”
“This bar was decorated really nicely with nice velvet couches, board games and a fireplace. They have a few mixed drink options, we both got martinis. Otherwise they have a lot of whisky. We did ask for other suggestions of drinks but it seemed like we had to stick to the few on the menu. The jam on the martini was really good and a unique garnish!”
“Such a vibe if you a real hip-hop & R&B fan. Music on point, beautiful people & friendly staff. I did not purchase any food so cannot comment/rate.”
“Very clean and tidy Plenty of great food and beverage options Staff were helpful friendly and accommodating”
“Great cozy & secluded venue. Regular live music. Quality. Great service. Very welcoming.”
“Fed up with the loud noise on K-road bars. Google classy bar near K-road, and this came up on top. What a nice little bar, the DJ’s music was trippy yet chilled, fits with my groovy mood. The barman knows his stuff and has made us 3 fantastic cocktails from my very limited brief description of what I'm feeling for. I had such an amazing night there.”
“I went to Mothership Bar to enjoy the performance of Sina Bataie, a DJ and music composer, and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was great, and the music created an amazing vibe. The bar itself is a cozy little spot in Auckland CBD, located on Shortland Street. It has a relaxed and intimate setting, making it a nice place to enjoy live performances. The only downside was the sound system—the speakers weren’t the best quality, which took away from the full enjoyment of the music. I had a few beers while I was there, and while they were good, they were a bit overpriced at $12 per beer. That said, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I’d visit again, especially for live music events.”
“Great food, can get very busy. Good vegan options.”
“Not sure why, but every time I attend a gig here, this kid in booty shorts tells me I'm too drunk to be served. It keeps happening. Quite annoying because every time I want a beer I have to leave the premises, go to Hotel Bristol, order from a grown-up, sink my drink in like 90 seconds then head back to San Fran, hoping I haven't missed too much of the set i've paid good money to see. I'd recommend some staff training.”
“Shoutout to the family that run's this place, been coming here for 4+ years and we are greeted with great hospitality every time.”
“Very professional and friendly staff. Would fully recommend this place for any social gathering, big or small, or even heading in by yourself to have a couple drinks with some great company. You can see that the staff take pride in the venues appearance also, super clean and tidy. A+++”
“Love the music great atmosphere”
“Perfect 21st birthday venue in many aspects. Firstly, the convenience of parking was exceptional, with a parking lot located just across the road. On Saturdays, it only cost $15 for nearly 8 hours of parking at the downtown street parking, which was just 2 minute walk away. The bar staff were great, providing excellent service throughout the night. The changeable lighting added a nice touch and made the photos look fantastic. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening, and the seating arrangement was just right for our kaumatua (elderly). We had a wonderful time with our laptop connected via HDMI for a photo slide show. Additionally, we were able to play our own music using their iPad, eliminating the need to connect our phones since we didn’t book a dj. Meeting the minimum spend through a cash bar was effortless since we had paid in advance for food, which was absolutely divine and served at perfect intervals throughout the night. The location of the bar was also excellent. Overall, we felt well taken care of and highly recommend this venue for any event.”
“My favourite bar in Auckland, really nice bartenders and great music. Update: returned again, still great! Cousin ordered the curly fries which were really nice $8 house drinks 12-1 which was brilliant. Staff are always friendly and helpful”
“Awesome lounge, excellent food and a great wine selection. Plenty of showers without line ups. Beautiful view”
The Londoner delivers a simple, bistro‑style line‑up that’s straight to the point. Serve sizes show solid value. Front‑of‑house runs with calm, helpful energy. Pricing lines up with the offer.
“I can honestly say after a lifetime of raving/dancing globally, that InK is still my favourite. It provides a very safe, caring & welcoming environment. The sound system is spot on & the music is always cutting edge & a tonne of fun.”
“Place was rocking karaoke late on a Sunday night, beers were cold and cheap, food looked amazing though I didn't eat, will definitely go back again great chill atmosphere with relaxed comfy seating.”
“It was such an amazing time, Cody and Ella were the best bar-xperts that I’ve ever had, they were so lovely and made the best drinks and food!!! 10/10”
