βIve had the pleasure in 2022 or 2023 being a client for several weeks maybe 12? I cant remember but this place really supported me, helped fund my sessions when WINZ was used up, and they offered genuine support. I saw two counsellors, one for one session and another for much longer but both were professional and I felt like i was in good hands with both. Thank you.β

βI have worked with Pro Ed since it's inception.Under Rick's leadership it has continued to offer exemplary service in every sense of the word. Rick's depth of expertise never fails to amaze me especially coupled with his delightful modesty and humanity. As the manager of a private pre school I have sat in on assessments (with parental permission),liased extensively with Rick and his high quality team to support our 4 year olds requiring tuition in the foundation skills for the three RS as well as to sort out behavioural issues. Without exception,Rick has been kind, sympathetic,respectful,100% professional,putting the needs of his clients first. As for value for money,his assessments provide in depth knowledge of weaker areas which are then addressed in fun way with pupils at our Pre School.There is total focus on improving child competency while fostering confidence and a love of learning. Pro Ed has been used by top schools for years funded by discerning parents and I have absolutely no hestation in recommending Pro Ed for personal,friendly, professional and effective therapy. βTotally Psyched have supported our children's needs for over 18months. This has been through one-on-one sessions, assessments for ADHD. TP have always put the needs of the children first and communicated where applicable and required. The staff have a vast field of expertise and continue to develop and support the children as requirements change. The staff are friendly and more than accommodating with appointment slots. There is always someone to communicate with and I have found them professional and factual with report writing and support. Thank you to all the team at TP.β

βNot sure about the negative reviews from this place but we have been enrolled here since we moved to Hamilton and our experience everytime we visit was fantastic. Staff were awesome. Came back a number of times for our child's routine vaccination and it was a stress free experience. Receptionists are friendly and our GP is great as always. Booked a day prior with a different GP (Dr. Funmi) and she was helpful and listened to my complaints. Did not appear condescending at all. Highly recommended.β
