   Aaron is more than a competent counselor. He's gifted with great wisdom and insight as well as an ability to listen and empathize having worked through significant mental health issues himself. His counseling was different from others i had been to previously in several ways. His understanding of the human brain functions assisted his explanations and at the end of each session, he provided me with 'truth coaches', phrases that I could use to rewire my neural pathways. These truth coaches enabled me to move forward in a positive way. I highly recommend Aaron!
