   We recently ran a community workshop with Empowerment Psychology's Dr. Missy Wolfman as part of Project Sunrise's Mental Health Awareness Week activity. Missy shared insights into Harvard University's Human Flourishing Index and took our participants through an interactive exercise and discussions designed to get us thinking and connecting. There were some surprising insights and lots of thoughtful conversations and deep connections made. Missy is a warm and knowledgable facilitator, and we all came away having learned something new! I highly recommend Missy for her genuine support for mental wellbeing and community initiatives and for sharing her expertise with us.
