“I stayed at this motel for 3 months as a business trip. This motel was renovated and operated by a family. So no need to worry about the hygiene or cleaness. However, you don't have toothblush (shampoo, treatment, body wash and body soap are prepared) in this motel. Since this motel is family operated, you can't expect them high-level hospitality, but they are accommodating. They sometimes forgot to restore shampoo, treatments and then others but after I asked them for the restore, they gave me bunch of them.”

For only around $100 a night, you get a clean, comfortable room with plenty of space, a good bed, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. It feels like you’re getting way more value than what you pay. The location is perfect — close to shops, cafes, and main attractions, so you’re never more than a few minutes away from anything. It’s convenient whether you’re here for business or just exploring the area. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. Overall, The Boulevard Hotel is great if you want strong value without overpaying. I’d definitely stay again.”

“We had a fantastic stay here. The relaxed old house charm is a nice change from corporate hostel chains (which I frequently also use). We also met some really nice people staying here - it attracts a nice, laid back crowd. Plus if you like a breathtaking sunset every night, it is literally 5 minutes from the peak of Mount Eden (an extinct volcano). Finally, you know the U2 song, One Tree Hill? The veranda at Yaping House overlooks that very same One Tree Hill they are singing about. Recommended for a relaxed stay of a week or more.”
