The rental place is managed by a not trustworthy owner. I made a mistake booking this place 15 days in advance, 30 minutes later I noticed my mistake and the person did not accept the free cancellation, the whole 15 days I kept begging that person to give my money back. That person denied the request all the time. 200 NZD lost there.
