This was an ideal location as we had a function just along the same road. However when i booked for wednesday 22 march i was asked to pay in full $150 as they had been burnt before. Unfortunately the morning of the 22 my partner woke with a very swallen eye. (cystitis) so we were unable to attend the function and had to cancel our accomodation. i have since been in contact with cheriton House asking if they can deduct the deposit and reimburse the rest . they don’t answer txt msg or phone . i’m very disappointed as we had a legitimate reason to cancel. and still no refund. THIS IS VERY POOR ON THE MANAGERS PART TO KEEP $100% of our money. We will not recommend this money hungry place !!
