From first contact seeking a quotation for full carpet replacement in our home the customer service was prompt, attentive, and friendly. The cost was very competitive but the confidence we felt with this business was certainly a deciding factor. “I purchased 2 Ikea desks on 2 seperate occasions. The first one had a part missing from the box. So I emailed and I had a super quick response the same day advising they would ship the part out to me, or I could come and collect. Great customer service, and they didn't give me any trouble about the part missing. I liked the desk so much I went back to get another one for my son. Overall they had the most competitive price for the desk I wanted and great variety of small bedroom/apartment furniture. Pretty friendly team. Would definitely purchase from them again.”
