   We needed 2 x customised doors for our bathroom. Counties Kitchens were happy to make them for us, - nothing was a problem. The brief was straight forward “ to replace like with like”.    Initially cabinetry looked great however turned out to be faulty and the director lacked professionalism. Within 2 years of being made the cabinetry broke off. When I requested a repair, the director John demanded a payment upfront without providing a quote or invoice and without onsite review nor consideration of fault. John also requested I pay for drawer mechanism replacement despite advising that it was in good working condition. After attempts to negotiate via email John called me up saying "I couldn't care less about your rubbish bin I'd rather we not fix it" before hanging up on me. My impression company did not care for small remediation and only cared for big ticket jobs. I finally managed to get another carpenter to fix the cabinetry who highlighted the runners were not screwed into side walls like they should have been and drawer was only attached by the ceiling of the cabinetry hence incorrect installed.

   My partner and I have used Counties Kitchens a couple of times, once to do our Kitchen and a second time to do 5 wardrobes and particularly one very unique walk in wardrobe that a number of wardrobe companies could not create the bespoke draws we wanted. They did a fantastic job and provided real value for money. Would highly recommend Counties Kitchens and would use them again in the future.
