   A friend recommended that we buy our bed base and headboard from Smart furniture and after doing so, in a nutshell the following comes to mind- phenomenal customer service, product quality exceeded my expectation, price was matchless. We are an elderly couple with medical issues and though we were told the bed base would be dropped off by the door, Pankaj went beyond the extra mile and carried it up two floors. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and professionalism. I would class Pankaj as a 'Customer service guru'.    I am so happy with my bed base!! Pankaj was amazing to deal with, had my base within days of purchase! He lifted the whole base to the third story!!! Was easy to assemble and it’s great quality too Will most definitely purchase more furniture from smart furniture
