I have always been impressed with Tilemax. Quality & Style that lasts. We have been using TileMax for many years their products are modern, durable and timeless. We had tile laid over a decade ago in a high use public area that still look amazing today and continue to look current and fresh. I highly recommend Tile Max for anyone wanting beautiful long lasting tiles, and if unsure - the staff are a great, they really know their products.
We have been clients for 4 years and always had the best customer service from Peter who is always happy to help "remotely" since we live in Whanganui. We went with the product Maxifloor Legna for our house and it was easy to install for diy and results look great.
Emilyβs assistance and service is fantastic. She took the time to generate a 3D model of our bathroom renovation plans which blew us away and allowed us to visualise how the tiles we were looking at would look in the space. She helped us find the perfect wall tile. Thanks.

Emily from Thorndon branch was super helpful with advice and product on how to remove some stubborn residue left behind with a tiling job. She was very friendly and professional. I have also consulted with her on suitable tiles for behind my fireplace and she went above and beyond to take photos of samples they had in store. Thank you
My husband and I are doing a new ensuite and we went along to tile max Wellington. We left feeling listened to, received a great quote, and were well informed. Rex (Showerwell) and Emily were so helpful. We had a lovely experience and wouldnt think twice about recommending them for any job you might have.
It can be a bit overwhelming shopping for tiles and after traipsing round a number of tile places only two stores gave actual assistance with TileMax topping the list. Emily was so patient with me, mentioning trends, colours, etc., putting many tiles side by side, lugging others upstairs to make comparisons and always with a smile. Taking samples home was never an issue either. Very happy we found what we were looking for so thank you Emily.
Hi - Recently visited the Tile Max Store in Wellington to look at bathroom reno options. Showroom service was fine as we explored the different tile combinations. I was advised that Tile Max also offer Shower Well services & consultations which was great to hear. I was given a card to call - "Joe". Unfortunately despite a number of left messages over a couple of weeks now, no one has called us back. Appreciate we are all busy but a call back is the very least I would expect from a service proposition. Hopefully you take this feedback and make the experience better for the next customer.
