   I entrusted Regal Furniture to reupholster my beloved 1948 Chesterfield suite and was truly amazed by the quality of the refurbishment. But what really impressed me was the way the executive team went above and beyond to support me during a deeply challenging time in my life. Just as the upholstery on the suite was completed, cyclone Gabrielle hit Hawkes Bay with devastating floods that washed away my house. I was at a loss with no safe place for my beautiful restored furniture let alone a bed to sleep in. The Regal team reached out with kindness and understanding, offering a practical solution; to store my suite in their warm, dry factory, until I got back on my feet. Their actions spoke louder than words. They showed sincere commitment to customer care in unexpected circumstances. It's not every day one comes across a company prepared to do this for a customer. I believe that such 'good samaritan' kindness deserves positive recognition and repeat business. I am happy to sing the praises of Regal Furniture. Not only is their workmanship of the highest quality, but their treatment of customers is truly exceptional. Regal Furniture, in my view, is a trustworthy, ethical business.

   I received outstanding service at Regal Furniture. The front reception staff were helpful in guiding me re sizing and most comfortable options for my large window seat cushion. Service was efficient and cushion completed on time, it looks AMAZING and is so comfortable! Pricing was very reasonable and competitive.    Had my couch reupholstered by the team at Regal, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The quote was clear and fair, they handled collection and delivery smoothly, and the workmanship is outstanding — the couch looked better than new. I was so impressed I went back and had two armchairs done as well, and they’re just as perfect. Highly recommend!
