   I had a stubborn pink stain on my light brown/taupe carpet, caused by kids' play slime. After an unsuccessful initial attempt to clean it—and letting it sit for over two months—I contacted JAE, admittedly with low expectations. The technician arrived punctually and worked on the stain for about half an hour. As he packed up, he explained that pink stains can be particularly challenging, which I initially took as a sign the treatment hadn’t worked. He recommended leaving the area undisturbed and mentioned he’d be happy to return for a second treatment if needed. When I checked the carpet immediately after, the stain was lighter but still visible. However, to my surprise, within just a few hours it kept fading—until it vanished completely! Outstanding result—well done, JAE!

   got my 3 seater couch cleaned, 4 years of various awful looking stains gone in a couple hours! the guy who came was super friendly and chill, and it was also very well priced. i wish i got a 'before' pic for comparison, she looks like new! absolutely worth it! overall definitely exceeded my expectations, thanks guys!! will be booking with you when i decide to get the carpet done

   Always excellent service. We have used Jae’s several times for cleaning as a result of leaks. We have been very impressed every time right from contact from the office to final cleaning job. Highly recommend Jae’s Rodney. Phil Pilkington the owner is so easy-going and friendly and does a very professional job.

   I have used Jae on two separate occasions and have been extremely happy with their work! I had two upholstered chairs and 1 sofa cleaned and they look brand new! Then I had them return and clean the carpet and Tim did a fantastic job with that too! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asked! Thanks so much! Kim

   I have had Tim from Jae come and clean our couches + bench seats a handful of times now. They provide such a great service, easy to communicate with and friendly. The results we get are so good, as we have a toddler and a dog living in the house with us, as you can imainge the couch gets very grubby and we have been so happy with how it turns out every time. We have recommended Jae Rodney to a lot of people we know, family members and clients! Thanks again Tim!

   One of their technicians came to treat two of my carpets for cat urine. They saturated one of the carpets so badly that the skirting swelled up damaging it. After a further treatment as they demanded it required it and a couple of days later Tim returned to re-lay the carpet. After completing the work Tim advised me the skirting was damaged! The swollen skirting caused BY THEM was now completely wrecked by HIM relaying the carpet! He then claimed it was like that when they started which was complete lies! They didn’t even clean the carpet after they treated either. To top it all the treatment hasn’t worked and I now have to replace the carpet and skirting! I do NOT recommend using this company!!!!!! Absolutely DO NOT recommend Jae’s carpet cleaning Rodney!!! I would also like to highlight the skirtings were NOT damaged prior to the treatment as Jae’s claim in their response below and I am the owner NOT the occupant! AND I was NEVER shown any photos and no photos were taken prior to Jae’s starting any work! Show me photos and the date and time stamps on the photos! Jae’s are lying and I shall be reporting them given their blatant lies! Why did Tim not advise me that he can’t lay the carpet without wrecking the skirtings even further more instead of damaging them to the point of no return and then telling me just as he runs out the door! Tim couldn’t look me in the eye and waited until he had completely wrecked the skirtings to notify me of his horrendous work! DO NOT use this company!!!! The company I used to replace Jae’s disasterous and damaging work were not shy about telling me they too had heard bad things about Jae’s in Rodney. The company that fixed the disasterous and damaging work Jae’s had done also informed me they were somewhat surprised to be asked one time by Tim whilst they were on a job how to lay a carpet which demonstrates they do not know what they are doing!! I should also like to point out that prior to posting my review I noticed Tim had rated Jae’s in Rodney and gave it 5 stars! I reported this immediately as it is a major conflict of interest as he works there! There is no honesty in his dishonesty! Stay clear from these cowboys!!! Seriously unprofessional, useless and lying carpet cleaning cowboys!!!!

   I asked 2 companies to quote. Jae was the most efficient and had Rodney services with out additional travel fees! Office staff were happy to and took the time to discuss cleaning process and answer my questions. Tim cleaned our 2 couches. Arrived on time, was very friendly and did a fantastic job. Our couches have come up beautifully! Would never waste my time with self-hire options again! Overall great service and friendly team.
