I have dealt with The Cane Factory a few times in the last few years and have found them to be very helpful and obliging. They have covered buttons for my numerous upholstery ventures, and most recently resprung and replaced foam and webbing on a dining chair I recently purchased. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them .
SO impressed with the Cane Factory and Upholstery - their range of materials, expertise and service. They created a custom squab for a window seat with angled sides - and it fits perfectly. Also recovered two squabs for my outdoor furniture. You cant go past them if you're wanting the highest standards in upholstery.

Andrew and Tracey at the Cane Factory Shop were great to deal with when we wanted our bespoke ottoman upholstered. We bought a new lounge suite and enough extra fabric to cover our ottoman.
