“In the 25 years I've lived in New Zealand, I've never experienced hotel service like yesterday. When I requested a room change because the room was a little uncomfortable, the hotel manager was happy to accommodate me. They replaced our room and also split the single bad and adjusted it to the twin bed. All the staff were friendly, the staff serving breakfast in the restaurant were very friendly, and the food was delicious. Also, when I slept at the hotel last night, it was so comfortable and quiet. Thank you to all the hotel staff.”

“The best facial treatment i have ever had! Lynne is wonderful and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to skin and taking care of our largest organ. I felt so comfortable and relaxed and my skin feels incredible, she worked very well on the congestion around my nose and the products are soothing yet powerful. Very happy I found accent on image as I’m new to Dunedin. 10/10 would recommend. She does a wonderful massage also. The salon is very clean and hygienic and there are so many little touches that make it extra special, relaxing music, hot towels, comfortable bed with lovely blankets, pillows and heat packs.”
