   I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service demonstrated by the owner of this salon! I had booked into have finger nails and toes done however when I arrived I stated I would like to change to just fingers plus nail art. This was going to take the same amount of time. The nail tech who was going to provide this service for me was happy to do so however the manager told her she shouldn’t. I paid a 30% deposit fee and was asked to reschedule due to time being an issue whenever it was the same amount of time as I had booked in for. The disgusting tone from this so called professional business owner was not appropriate. I would not recommend. Poor Tasha having a boss like that.

   I found Lisa in August 2022 and I’m so glad that I did! I’d never had better nails in my life. The price is a little bit higher than in Asian nail salons but 100% worth it. Before I found Lisa I was going to another place where sometimes I had good nails sessions and some times average. Since august my nails have been just luxurious. Every month I get so excited to choose a new colour. But going to Lady Pink nails is not only about luxurious nails but also the great company, nice conversations and a very cosy studio.

   Love love love. I've only been once so far, but will definitely be making this a regular. The salon itself is so stylish, intimate and comfortable. There are so many colour choices it's actually crazy! Lisa is a stunning human who could not be a nicer person to sit and chat with for 2 hours. I would highly recommend.

   Lisa at Lady Pink is amazing! I’ve been a client of Lisa’s for almost 2 years now. She is the only one I trust with my nails, before I used to go to mall salons and had my gel polish chip within a week. After getting my nails done with Lisa I can’t go back as I can tell the difference in quality. I work a very hands on day job and I’m also a baker, so I’m constantly rough with my hands, washing them etc. Before getting my nails done with Lisa my natural nails were weak and would always tear. Now they are long and healthy, with people even thinking they are acrylic (I get builder gel). The salon is such a pretty, calming space and Lisa is always so friendly and good to chat with. Lisa is always keen to try all my different nail design requests and my nails are always getting compliments from others! I can’t recommend Lady Pink nails enough. :)
