   I went to my first treatment and consultation. It was great! However to be very honest, i did not feel like the staff working with me wanted to be there? and its like every time i want to ask something, she either has zero clue what is going on or she looks annoyed. I wanted to come to this place as my go to but now I don't know if I want to anymore? However I really loved the treatment.

   First time here and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Explain everything thoroughly so it was easier for me to understand. The skin consult and treatment after I got was amazing. I left really wanting to be serious and take care of my skin. Would like to look at becoming a member.

   The staff at the clinic were always friendly and accommodating which I truly appreciated. However I am disappointed in the results I received. For my laser treatment there was no follow up to check and compare my results with the photos taken with my first consultation to see if any additional sessions might be necessary. No one asked if I am satisfied with the results which I would expect considering the highest cost of the treatment. As for my facial treatments they were lovely and relaxing, but during my initial consultation I specifically discussed my concern about my pigmentation. This was the area I wanted improvement. However after months of receiving hydration facials there was no noticeable change in my pigmentation which was quite disappointing. I am using Clarins for skincare which is a fantastic brand so yes I am doing skincare everyday. Overall, while the staff were great the results did not meet my expectations especially considering the significant cost involved

   I strongly dont recommend laser hair removal wheather its IPL or typical laser. I've spent more than 500 dollars a session for something that doesnt work or promises at least reduction of hair.

   Staff is unattended towards work and they didn't check what customer book for, as I pay $140 for facial for one hour but instead get 30 minutes and try to patch up give 15 minutes back massage. Not recommend

   Love the treatments and the care here. Melissa and the team have been super amazing. They are helping me me to achieve the results that I want and helping me to understand the processes around it. They have also been really flexible with all that is going on.

   They treat you with such respect and dignity. In fact, if they ever have a course open up in Manukau, I will definitely attend as I'd like to work here or another branch that treats their customers with such class. My treatment provider treated me with dignity and compassion.
