   This was the worst eyebrow experience I have ever had! I have visited Dash multiple times for beauty care and usually I am happy with results, however after my experience today, I will never return and do not recommend visiting here! I came in for my usual eyebrow wax and left with thin eyebrows where almost all of the end of my eyebrow was waxed off. I got home afterwards and looked in the mirror and saw the eyebrows were uneven and looked horrible! I called up to complain and was told to return and they would fix them, but I questioned how they could fix them when they had taken off all of the hair! They told me a manager would call me but I havent heard back, even after calling again. I would not recommend going here and will not return again! I was a bridesmaid at a wedding that weekend and I had to get a professional to try and fix them with a pencil as I looked like a clown. Very disappointed with the owners and management in their response with this. I usually try to avoid bad reviews and prefer to deal with this in house but it is difficult when they don’t follow up.

   I get my waxing done here every 4 weeks with Preet. She's professional, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable, shes good at what she does and makes it painless. Always happy coming here as I know I will get a clean wax.

   Very disappointed with the service. Last time they were 20 minutes late for my appointment and this time 10 minutes late. The lady was very rude and said she was stuck on the traffic and gave me all her reasons for the delay. I said to her yeah I do understand but I have other plans and I leave early to be on time for my appointments because time is critical for everybody. I said to her without arguing at least learn to apologise. Terrible customer service they do not know how to escalate the situation. She kept on arguing and I said I am done and left without getting the service. Waste of my time, energy and money.

   I highly recommend Monika. She is the only one I come to and trust to do my eyebrows. if I come and she’s busy I’ll sit and wait for her or come back. She is so friendly and great at her job. She always does a fantastic job on my eyebrows. Leaving them looking really good. I’m a regular client of hers and she always remembers who I am or what’s going on in my life and asks about how I’m going. There’s no one I’d recommend more then her. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, super kind and does outstanding work, Monika is your person. Try her out, you won’t regret I promise.

   I came here to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted with henna. Let me tell you it took TWO HOURS, I got sick of waiting and asked her to take it off, (my usual salon only takes about 30-45mins to do both) once she took it off I was so mortified. The tint was every where and I was so unhappy especially after paying nearly fifty dollars. It was very uncomfortable when she was rubbing it off so I asked whether she could use a wet cotton bud instead and she said no and continued to rub them off. I left feeling so embarrassed and upset. A few minutes later I decided to go back and at least ask for a refund for the tint or to get the tint off ! A different lady attended me at the counter and looked mortified at the job on my eyebrows, she tried her best to console me and fix them up. I am appreciative of that but was not happy overall with the experience.
