“ACG Parnell Early Education Centre has been an incredible place for our son, and we are grateful every day that we made the move. One of the standout strengths is the food. Every meal is handmade, fresh, and truly varied. Our son eats a wide range of foods there—many that he refuses at home—which speaks to both the quality of the meals and the amazing skill of the chef. The care that goes into feeding the children is something special. The teaching team is another highlight. The teachers work together beautifully, creating a space that balances free play with structure. Our son gets to explore, learn, and grow at his own pace, while still having routines that support his development. Jenny has done a remarkable job leading the centre. She supports the children, the parents, and the teachers in a way that builds genuine trust and community. We moved our son to ACG Parnell for better preparation for primary school, and we feel strongly that it was the best decision we could have made. The growth we’ve seen in him—socially, emotionally, and academically—has been outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the centre and highly recommend it to any family looking for exceptional early education.”

“Very nicely maintained and curated small park in the middle of the busy Takapuna area. There is a decent sized kids play area along with white a few benches to sit and relax. The canopy cover is pleasent and refreshing. Public toilets are also available in the park. The location is easily accessible from anywhere in Takapuna.”

“The large grassy area is lined with paths and trees. It leads to the Memorial Steps from the carpark. the steps lead to the bistro area with the Acacia Cottage. There is quite a large area to run around and play or take photos, particularly at the base of the different trees.”

“Great learning centre! My son really enjoyed his days here even tho it was for a short time. He had the best teachers Anna and harpreet who always welcomed my child with big smiles and has helped him grow and connect with other kids. The other staff in the facility are all welcoming and kind aswell but My son has gained so much independence being here which has helped him start at the kindercare in rototuna. Really recommend this daycare, best centre ever.”

“Our son goes to this centre and he loves it there. When I pick him up I always get a run through on how his day was and if there was any issues. They give us monthly written updates (which also gets sent to the grandparents) on how he is progressing and what he is interested in at daycare. This includes photos and videos which is awesome to see how he’s enjoying it there. I would recommend this centre and have had no troubles there. All the teachers I have interacted with have been amazing which makes it a lot easier leaving your little one there.”

“absolutley love busy bees espcially since the new managment has taken over, my son has settled so well and they do a bunch of different things and he always comes home happy. they respect my wishes and i dont think i could find a better centre. the outdoor area is huge and thats important to our family. busy bees is likie an extention of the family”

“Our experiences at Kaleidoscope has been amazing. After 4 years with Kaleidoscope, we are very sad to say goodbye as our girl heads off to school. Kaleidoscope staff have been nothing but welcoming, supportive, friendly and loving all while providing a stable educational setting for our daughter to grow and flourish into the individual she is. They have always taken the time to support her in her interests and develop her with skills that have set her up for a smooth transition into school. I would recommend Kaleidoscope to anyone who is looking for a home away from home.”

“Great spot for kids. We have both of ours in there, and the kaioko have been amazing with them and updating us when we need to know or otherwise ask. The opening hours are great too as it allows for parents with long working hours. Highly recommended.”
