   Fundies is an extraordinary place where my three children have truly thrived. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm from the staff, creating a welcoming environment for both children and parents. The teachers at Fundies are compassionate and genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child. I love the perfect balance of learning through play-based activities, Fundies is equipped with everything needed to facilitate a stimulating learning environment while having lots of FUN with peers and teachers What truly sets Fundies apart is the sense of community and family that they have cultivated. The communication with parents is excellent, keeping us informed and involved in our children's progress throughout each day they attend on the Storypark App. I am grateful for the positive impact every teacher at Fundies have had on my children's lives and highly recommend them to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching preschool for their little ones.

   We cannot speak highly enough of the team at Fundamentals. The environment created for our children to develop has been incredible. Our eldest has thrived with so much care, love and support from each and every kaiako. This team has given him the greatest start to his school journey and we expect to see nothing less for our youngest. You will not find a more kind, inclusive and committed team to trust with your children.

   My 2 year old is at Fundamentals and absolutely loves it. He started in the Nursery and is now with the older children. The mixed license means he has been able to keep the relationships with Nursery teachers and friends which has made him more confident in making friends with new children and teachers. The teachers are all lovely and always make me feel so welcome when I go in. There’s a real sense of community with all the families and other parents always stop for a chat too. Couldn’t recommend Fundamentals more.

   Both of my daughters have attended Fundys from 2018 to now, and I cannot speak highly enough of this fab preschool. The teachers are both caring and nurturing to all the children and they explore a large variety of activities and learning. I will be very sad to leave when my youngest heads to primary school. We love fundys!

   What an incredible and empowering learning journey my daughter had been introduced to while being welcomed into the FUNdies whānau. When looking for the right preschool it was so important to find the right environment that had a gentle and nurturing wairua, willing to guide learners as they took on new learning challenges and ideas. Our experience at FUNdies has been nothing short of incredible. We are so lucky to have such supporting, caring and wholesome kaiako to support our daughters growth, both as an individual and socially. I would highly recommend this kura for any younger tamariki, not only for the unique and diverse learning opportunities but for the continued support and guidance from the kaiako. Across the whole centre, but especially within nursery, they are happy to tackle any concerns and accomodate any shifts to make sure the wellbeing of your tamariki is being met first. 10/10 recommend for anyone, whether you are shifting from another centre or starting your learning journey with your child. Whangaia ka tupu Ka puāwai That which is nurtured blossoms and grows.

   I currently have a child at Fundamentals Marshlands and am also a teacher at a local school. We love Fundies and the teachers are so friendly and welcoming. Each day they have new table top activities set up and a wide range of gross and motor skill activities. My little boy has developed so many new skills already and I am excited to see this continue. The large outdoor area is a real asset to the centre as is the great gym programme. Throughout the day there are regular mat times and specific learning activities that are targeted to the range of ages. I have taught children that have been at Fundamentals and they have all the skills they need to excel in the school environment. I love that I get updates and photos each week through the Storypark app. I can’t wait to see all the wonderful new things that my little boy learns and the skills he develops.
