These guys are top notch. EVERYTHING I buy here turns out to be fantastic. Their prices are really reasonable too, given the quality of the product. Most of the beef has been beautifully aged. Staff are always friendly and helpful. So glad to have a butcher like this close by.

Just went there for a pick up and couldnt understand owners' Liverpool heavy accent. When I asked him if he could speak a bit slower he said to me: I thought you were stupid! ..never coming back
We started buying from Gourmeats via the Hastings Farmers Markets on Sundays - the best steaks and sausages we've had. We now buy from their shopfront in Havelock North and wont go back to buying from the supermarket. Service always friendly and helpful.
