Have always dealt with Napier branch,called into Havelock North branch, never again, shop assistant had no personality and made us feel she really couldn't be bothered,back to Napier,so nicer..
I am a real regular shopper here. My only go to place for women's clothes. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Totally their fault my wardrobe is overloaded.
Horrible service - staff were rude and entitled. Will never shop here again.
