   I'm so grateful for the hair stylist Kayla! She helped me to recover my hair and my self esteem with it after an awful and unprofessional chemical cut done by another person. After four months that she started treating my hair I can finally give a smile of satisfaction in front of the mirror. There's still a long way to get my hair back exactly how it was but I know that now I'm on good hands. 5 stars are not enough to rate this amazing professional :) Kelly

   I've just had my adult daughter in tears after a hair cut yesterday. The cut is not what she wanted however the MAIN issue is how she was treated. Last cut of the day from an impatient cutter who "can't wait for the day to end to have a glass of wine". She was supposed to have a "consultation" and didn't get to show her a picture on her phone. She said she felt intimidated and another stylist was called across to help - she then felt doubly shamed for being emotional about the cut. I can't believe that for $70 she was not listened to. Where in the process was the 'consultation'? You knew she was unhappy and still charged her fully and let her leave upset - I think a full refund is in order, you can DM me and I'll give you my number. I see another review from 3 weeks ago (Renae Routely) who said she wasn't listened to and the cutter just started. Sounds exactly the same!
