Damien and the whole team are great at building up mobility, body awareness, confidence, and technique in kids of all ages from what we've seen. Our 6 year old loves going and we like supporting him to have such a wonderful life skill. We also enjoy watching the older kids roll who clearly know a thing or two. Overall a great team and culture. No matter what your age or ability, check out Gracie Allegiance. Update: my youngest who is nearly 5 just started and loves it. What a great program, amazing coach, and big facility. Update 2 - three years of being here - both my boys go to competitions and do amazing. Have fun, technically learning lots, and building confidence. We're moving out the area and are going to be really bummed to leave Damian and the team here.”

“I was very hesitatant to allow my 15month old to self soothe instead of being feed and rocked to sleep before transferring to the crib which we had done since birth. With the help and support of the nursery team at Lumsden kindergarten, allowing my daughter to learn to self soothe was one of the best decisions we have made. After 2 weeks of starting my daughter can be put down in her crib and is asleep within 5 minutes. No tears and she finally sleeps through the night! It was hard at the start of this journey but well worth it. The biggest thank you to the lovely lady's in lumsden kindergarten nursery who reassured me through out our sleep training journey.”

“There's a Subway, a gym, public toilets, conference rooms, and a basketball court. It's always clean and lively. However, the parking around the back makes no sense. It's hard to figure out how to exit according to the arena's painted arrows.”
