Very friendly reception, can usually get in to see my doctor within the week otherwise very good with waiting list, have had the same doctor there for several years.
All the doctors I've met here have been professional, insightful, and consultative. By consultative, I mean that they did not jump to diagnose before getting all the info from me that they needed. In the 13 years of going here for my health needs, I can only think of two visits that left me questioning the either doctor's diagnosis or their demeanor. Both of them were locums who did not last long at the clinic.
The front desk team are very accommodating at finding available appointments, including organizing prescriptions over the phone without hesitation. This service has been extremely reliable and convenient during the Covid period. My recent interaction was with Nic who was super efficient and empathic while I was sick with the flu.
I have been going to central medical since they opened and they have been exceptional. I always appreciate how they will go above and beyond for their patients. From reception to nurses and doctors thank you so much.
If there was a NO STAR rating I would give it - waiting for now 20 minutes to be connected AND I am in position 1 in the queue! Unbelievable! This is a doctor surgery, not a phone, power or internet company (always waiting for them). Really? If I am in position 1 in the queue, someone is having a very very long chat or nobody is answering the phone any more! Disgusting service! At finish of typing this, it has now been 25 minutes on hold!
Have been my doctors for over 30 years. I have have several doctors there and always been treated with well.
