I went to David for 2nd opinion after I had a serious work accident thats left me with permanent injuries to my neck.,lower back nd forearm.,after months of painkillers that got stronger.,i was seeing very little of any daylight due to the many pills for pain.,depression nd PTSD..Acc suspended my assistance becos they sed my issues r degeneration..its been over a year nd I told them I no longer hve function that I had b4 my accident.,I made improvements with David but wen I needed his medical findings for ACC to continue treatment he misinformed me evrytime that he was working with my psychologist but he gave nothing after weeks of telling me its done.,he sed the same to my ACC advocate nd waited weeks., its sad im still without treatment affer a year
